Every Wednesday evening 8pm GMT & Saturdays 9am GMT we join together to move, breathe and stretch over zoom. On Wednesday evenings we jump online to practice the evening wind down. We focus on creating space within our bodies, breathwork to help us relax and a relaxation to aid sleep. This one is not to be missed and is perfect to set us up for the week ahead. On Saturday we up the energy for our evening flow. This class is energising and uplifting. The perfect class to get you bright and bushy tailed and looking forward to your weekend.Feel free to join us for a single class or sign up to the monthly membership package. The choice is yours!
