Come practice with me online! Every Monday & Thursday @ 7:30pm GMT we join together to move, breathe and stretch over zoom.On Monday evening’s we jump online to practice the evening wind down. We focus on creating space within our bodies, breathwork to help us relax and a relaxation to aid sleep. This one is not to be missed and is perfect to set us up for the week ahead.On Friday we up the energy for our evening flow. This class is energising and uplifting. The perfect class to get you bright and bushy tailed and looking forward to your weekend.Feel free to join us for a single class or sign up to the monthly membership package.The choice is yours!

Flow & Wind Down

Online classes

All classes and recordings will be on zoom. You will need to download the app to your desktop then simply type in the meeting ID and password for each class.


Make sure you have a strong wifi connection and use an iPad or computer for the best views.


Create a clean comfortable yoga space for yourself. De clutter it as much as possible and make sure you have enough space to be able to move around your mat.
